Requirement are as follows – Territory manager or Sr Sales Officer for following places
- South 24 Parganas – 1
- North 24 Parganas -1
- Nadia/ Mushidabad / Malda – 1
- Siliguri / Sikkim etc. – 1
- At least 4-5 years of Dealer network experience in the above markets with paint companies – Kamdhenu / J&N / Shalimar / Berger etc. in West Bengal. Other product experience will not be considered
- Experience in Market expansion through dealer network expansion and ensuring consumption thro painters, contractors, builders
- Relationship / Experience in Influencer sector – Architect, Builder, Interior decorator
- Relationship / Work experience in Applicator sector – Painting contractor and painters thro dealer network
- Person is from that geographical area only – to reduce loss of time in travelling
- Age – Up to 35 (exceptions may be made basis situation)
- Language Proficiency – Bengali / English / Hindi
- Computer Efficiency – At least skilled in MS Office
- Graduate. Post graduate experience will be added advantage
